I have been a fan of Puffs and Peaks Bakery since the pandemic days at their first outlet in Tampines Central Community Complex. I still remember standing in line for their soft, fluffy brioche donuts, a little treat that brought so much comfort during that tough period. Today, I finally visited their brand new outlet at Tampines Changkat Community Club. The space is bigger, brighter and perfect for sitting down to enjoy their bakes fresh from the oven.

What to Expect at the TKCC Café
The TKCC café marks an exciting upgrade for Tampines food lovers. The new space is bright, cosy and ideal for a casual breakfast, lunch or tea time break. The menu now features savoury plates alongside their iconic bakes.
During my visit, we ordered the prawn toast which was beautifully crisp on the outside and loaded with fresh prawn paste. Paired with Hainanese chilli, it gives another layer of fragrance to the dish. We also tried the wagyu sausage brioche toast, a hearty plate topped with scrambled eggs and tomato salsa. It was rich, comforting and a great option if you want something more substantial than a pastry.

The TKCC café also serves other MTO sandwiches, toasts, specialty drinks and a rotating selection of pastries such as pistachio tart, seasonal brioche donuts and danishes.
Must Try Items
The salted honey peanut butter donut is one of their most beloved creations. It combines the pillowy brioche base with a creamy filling that balances sweet and savoury notes. Another standout is the roasted pistachio tart. With a nutty, aromatic filling and a buttery crust, it is both indulgent and refined, perfect for pistachio lovers.
One of my personal favourites from the past was their mushroom focaccia which sadly is no longer on the menu. However, the seasonal offerings ensure there is always something exciting to try.
Why Puffs and Peaks Stands Out in Tampines
Tampines has many bakeries but Puffs and Peaks stands out for its dedication to freshness and creativity. Their brioche based donuts are pillowy soft and filled with unique flavours that change regularly. Every visit feels like a chance to try something new.

The TKCC café is more than just a bakery. It is a space where residents can relax and enjoy handcrafted food without leaving the neighbourhood. It is ideal for families, friends or solo visitors who appreciate quality food made with care.
